Lastly, we broke from the activities for a delicious Italian dinner that made the evening a night to remember. Our Games Host then took the stage and, with the help of her team, presented awards to recognize our long-standing customers and distributed exciting raffle prizes!

2025 COI Customer Appreciation Event
Thank you to everyone who attended our Customer Appreciation Event at the City of Industry. We were overjoyed to celebrate and honor our valued 2024 partners. Their loyalty, dedication, and hard work are essential to helping LTS grow and achieve even greater success in the coming years!
We started the night at Pacific Palms with cocktail hour. Many customers took photos with their sales representatives at the photo booth. We showcased the latest edge-cutting technology at our stations, such as our AI Color 24/7 Cameras, InstaDome, and Pro-X Panoramic PTZ.
To kick off the night, Host Joel Recinos welcomed Sales Engineer Lewi Cheung to present the 2025 LTS product line. Lewi did a live demo of the AI Color 24/7 that wowed the crowd. The image quality of the AI Color 24/7 Cameras compared to the 24/7 Cameras was a complete game changer for nighttime surveillance. After that, the Game Host, Lily, conducted games such as trivia about the product presentation and a competitive match that involved unwrapping saran-wrapped gifts with mittens.

Platinum Partner Seminar at the New Jersey Office
On December 5, the Newark, New Jersey office hosted a seminar to feature the new Platinum Partner platform from LTS (LPP). Sales Engineer Eric Wong delivered an excellent presentation focused on reducing installation time and minimizing on-site visits using LPP.
A couple of lucky participants won some Platinum gear for their next installation!
Overall, the event was a highly positive one, with attendees showing great interest and customer feedback has been overwhelmingly favorable.

LTS at ISC East in NYC
This year, the LTS team was busy, busy, BUSY!
The three display booths featuring Pro-X and Platinum hardware and software were once again making a big splash with visitors every day. On the Pro-X tables, trade show-goers saw cameras, access control products, and recorders. There was quite a lot of curiosity about the Pro-X IP speaker, too. The team was repeatedly asked to demo just how loud it can get.
At the Platinum table, the 12 and 8 MP cameras had a great impact, with visitors commenting on the live view – especially with the excellent color of the imaging. Beyond that, attendees got a chance to experience various software, recording, and other equipment on display.
PTZs from both Pro-X and Platinum lines made a real impression, too. Visitors took note of the X-Deterrence camera with blue & red flashing lights, and the face tracking capabilities were truly "wowing" viewers as they watched themselves on the video monitor while walking by the booth.
Another impressive part of the LTS display was the InstaDome feature. Visitors loved seeing just how easy it can be to install these models, with their snap-in base and their GUI for setting angles and focus. The step up in installation technology proved to be a genuine advancement in design.
People really enjoyed seeing the noticeable difference between the 12 MP and the 8 MP recording resolutions. Clarity, color, and accuracy were excellent in both, but the 12 MP cameras really take imaging to the next level.
Since this was an East Coast show, most team members on the floor are part of our NY and NJ teams. However, we also had Connie from our Texas office in attendance. But the winner for “most distance traveled to the show” was George from the Australia office!

In total, 15 LTS team members were there to make connections with hundreds of visitors. What a success!

Pro-X Seminar at the New Jersey Office
18 people attended this sales-oriented, product-centered seminar hosted by the NJ sales office.
The team saw a nice boost in sales after this event. Black Friday deals and seminar-only coupons helped to spur attendees to take advantage of limited-time offers.
Angel Zhou was the host for the event, and Victor Liu & David Xu made the case for several exciting new Pro-X products.
The team was even able to close a deal with a new client after this seminar! Way to go!

Pro-X Presentation at the Miami LTS Office
LTS Sales Engineer, Carlos Betancourt, hosted a Pro-X Seminar at the Miami, FL office on November 14, 2024.
The main topic was Pro-X 12 MP IP Cameras with their many advantages – including super-sharp imaging, enhanced detection capabilities, and of course, “X-Deterrence” features such as red & blue strobe lights and siren.
In addition, the team introduced the Pro-X IP Speaker and gave attendees a sneak-peek into X-Cloud – the forthcoming Pro-X cloud platform.
As an exclusive bonus, all who attended had the opportunity to preview our upcoming Pro-X Access Control System.
During the presentation, clients were actively participating. They had a great open discussion over everything that was presented. And it was all well-handled by Carlos.
To top it all off, the event ended with a raffle. Two lucky winners went home with some exciting prizes – one winner received a Western Digital cross bag & the other, a 12 MP Pro-X IP Camera for his next project.

Platinum Seminar at the New Jersey Office
The NJ sales office hosted 40 attendees for a very special event covering the newly released Platinum Partner on October 24. The focus was on software & training. Angel hosted and David Zhu presented the platform.
Clients in attendance downloaded the LPP mobile app, gave it a test drive, then provided valuable feedback, comments, & suggestions.
David also covered new products, including the new 5-sensors-in-1 panoramic and 4 MP 180-degree cameras. Looks like they had quite a little feast, as well!

Pro-X & Platinum Seminar at City of Industry, CA Office
The COI office hosted a seminar in their 2024 showroom. This is a portion of the warehouse that has been renovated to accommodate a showroom, seminars like this one, and more. The October 16 seminar showcased both Pro-X and Platinum technologies.
Wilson Yeh was the presenter for the Pro-X portion of the seminar. The Pro-X showcase included 12 MP cameras, the signature X-Deterrence feature, NDAA-compliance, lifetime warranty and more.
Perry Chung presented new Platinum products and technology, covering the Platinum Partner platform plus multi-lens and PTZ products, among others.
All in all, the team hosted about 50 - 60 guests for coffee & donuts in the morning and sandwiches, pizza, fried chicken, and fruit for lunch. All in all, it was a successful event!

2024 BICSI Fall ConferenceLTS had a great show at the 2024 BICSI Fall Conference this week in Las Vegas, Nevada. We showcased several new IP video-based security products and technology from our newest NDAA-compliant product line: Pro-X. The Pro-X products selected for this show have made a significant impact in the industry this year, promising to boost business for LTS’s installer and systems integrator customers across the US.

Products on display included three IP Cameras: 8 MP Dual-Lens Pano Turret with Hybrid Illumination and E-Tracking (model # LXIP3C8PWI-SDL), 12 MP Fisheye (model # LXIP75122F-SE), and 4 MP Vari-Focal License Plate Recognition Bullet (model # LXIP9943LPR-50R); along with the new Network IP Speaker (model # LXA2WSP-120D), 20-Port Gigabit Switch (model # XCPOE-SW1602G), and 32-Channel Ultra Int. Series NVR (model # LXN9432D-P24).
Bobby said, “This has been a really exciting year for us, rolling out a bunch of new Pro-X products and technologies and ways for our customers to expand their business and increase revenue. We [were] excited to show everyone at BICSI what we have to offer and how we stand out from other companies in the industry.”

2024 National School Safety Conference & ExpositionOrlando, FL - LTS showcased new and exciting products and technologies at the Florida School Safety expo in July. Representatives including DouDou Sun, Anthony Oliveros, and Carlos Betancourt from our Florida and Georgia offices, attended the event. Pro-X components and features, such as X-Search technology and X-Deterrence cameras, were on display.

Presentations - This year at ISC West, we hosted several great presentations and conversations at our booth. Events included a joint presentation with Western Digital to discuss how their Purple & Purple Pro HDD storage systems boost data management in our newest product line, Pro-X.
We also hosted a guest presentation from a MaxHub Representative, who gave the crowd a live demo of some of the amazing features of their flagship interactive flat panel displays.
Here is a presentation about our new VSaaS platform that utilizes a cloud-based solution to provide video security for businesses. We call it X-Cloud.
We ended our series of presentations with our exciting new AI-based search feature, X-Search, part of the Pro-X end-to-end platform.

ISC West 2023Las Vegas, NV - This year at ISC West, we were excited to meet so many attendees and present our new products! Thanks to our incredible teams, our partners at Western Digital, the ISC West staff, and all of the guests who visited our booth. We hope to see you again in 2024!
We had a great time presenting our latest product features at ISC West this year. Our regional sales engineer Lewi introduced LTS security cameras with better performance at night, and our 86/89 series NVRs with double decoding capacity.
