August 10, 2026 – LTS announces the LTN8708DV-P8, a compact 8-channel NVR designed for straightforward deployment, with integrated PoE, automatic camera configuration, and off-site access with LTS Connect.

Powerful Search, More Accessible
The LTN8708DV-P8 brings DeepVision Semantic Search to small-scale installations of up to eight cameras, giving smaller deployments advanced video investigation tools without requiring the capacity or complexity of a larger recorder.

Straightforward Deployment
With eight integrated PoE interfaces, the recorder supports plug-and-play camera connection and automatic configuration. Installers can bring compatible cameras online with less setup.
Once the system is online, LTS Connect extends access beyond the recorder with live view, playback, and two-way communication while off-site.
Camera Compatibility and System Details
Feature availability depends on the capabilities and configuration of the connected cameras. MD 2.0 and facial recognition require compatible cameras and cannot operate simultaneously.
- Semantic Search and target modeling: With compatible cameras that have Direct Search enabled, the NVR supports DeepVision Semantic Search and can model up to 50,000 targets per day.
- MD 2.0 human and vehicle filtering: With compatible cameras that support MD 2.0, the NVR can use human and vehicle filtering to help reduce unrelated motion events and false alarms.
- Facial recognition: With compatible cameras that support facial recognition, the NVR supports face image comparison, capture, and search, with up to 16 face image libraries and 50,000 face images.
- 4K output and expandable storage: The recorder provides 4K HDMI output and two SATA bays supporting up to 16 TB per drive.
